Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase and use of automation packages sold on TeamWeScale (“we”, “us”), operated by Wescalebusiness Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

Each package is a digital product: Make.com blueprint files, prompts, configuration templates, documentation and any setup video listed on its page. Packages run on third-party services you sign up for and pay for yourself (for example Make.com, WhatsApp Cloud API, telephony providers and AI model providers). Those services are not part of the purchase and are governed by their own terms.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing on behalf of a business you are authorised to bind.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the total you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Licence

On successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the package, including to deploy it for your own business and for your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the package files themselves, in whole or in part, as a competing product.

5. Delivery

Packages are delivered digitally. See the delivery policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must use the packages lawfully, including telecom, messaging and data-protection rules that apply to contacting people (for example consent requirements and DND regulations). You are responsible for how you deploy and operate the automations.

8. Warranties and liability

We test every package before listing it, but results depend on your configuration and on third-party services outside our control, so packages are provided “as is” beyond the commitments in these terms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that package.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
