Delivery policy

All TeamWeScale packages are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your purchase

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, the package appears in My downloads in your account.
• We also email you a receipt and a link to your downloads at the email address on your account.
• Delivery is usually immediate. In rare cases, such as a delayed payment confirmation, it can take up to 24 hours.

Download access

Download links are private to your account and expire a few minutes after they are generated; you can create a new one from your dashboard at any time. Each purchase includes a generous download allowance to prevent abuse.

If you didn't receive it

If your purchase doesn't appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@teamwescale.com with your payment reference and we will sort it out.
